Jacek has joined Pratt & Whitney in 2002. For over 20 years he has held roles in various SC areas e.g., Strategic Sourcing, Indirect and Direct Procurement, Sales and SC Transition in EU for the entire P&W. Prior to the above, he had been working with BF Goodrich (currently Collins division) managing material availability for production. As of 2018 Jacek stepped up to lead the SC organization which consists of four Pratt&Whitney legal entities to provide support P&W Operations in Poland. In his current role he is responsible for the entire product and indirect sourcing as well as procurement activities. Under his direct responsibility there is also: SC Quality Performance, Internal Logistic, Warehousing and Product Cost delivered to all four Pratt&Whitney legal entities in Poland. Jacek and his team together developed and are actively implementing SC transformation project for the whole organization in order to respond to the current volatile market. Four vectors of this project: roles & responsibilities, processes, skillset and digital information management help P&W in Europe respond to the VUCA environment we live in.
